After your order is shipped, international delivery normally takes 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, and may be affected by factors such as destination country customs clearance, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or carrier logistics delays. We are not liable for delays caused by these uncontrollable external factors.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order by contacting our customer support team with your order number.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons including (but not limited to):

– The recipient is unavailable to receive the package for an extended period
– The package is refused by the recipient
– Customs refusal or non-compliance with local import laws
We will contact you to confirm the issue. You may choose to reship the package (you will be responsible for the reshipping fee), or we can cancel the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable packages.
