– You provide clear photo or video proof of the quality issue
– The product remains in its original packaging, with all factory seals intact

3. Return Process for Quality Issues

2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days, and confirm return eligibility and detailed return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
4. Send the package to our official return address (we will provide the full address in the return confirmation email).

4. Return Shipping Costs
If the product has a confirmed quality issue, **we cover all return shipping costs**. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

5. Refund Rules
– Refunds are only provided for confirmed product quality issues.
– After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, and issued to your original payment method.

6. Lost Order Policy
